Where do groups meet?

Groups meet online via HIPAA a compliant telehealth video.

Who leads the group?

Groups are led by Althea Rowe, JD, LMFT, a mental health therapist who developed the curriculum based on her experience navigating the world of online dating. You may learn more about Althea and her therapy practice at www.psychologytoday.com.

When do sessions start and what's the schedule?

We currently have a waiting list. You may join the waiting list; you will be contacted as soon as a start date is available. Sessions are held on Saturdays and  Sundays from 9:00 am and 11:00 am, PST; and Thursdays at 1:00 pm, PST.

Are follow-up groups or individual therapy available? 

  • The formation of a follow-up group is dependent on the level of interest (4 participants are required to form a group); sessions are 60 minutes. 

  • Individual therapy by an OveraLaaTeh Therapist is currently available only to group members who reside in California; sessions are 60 mins @ $150 per session. 

Must I reside in California to join a group?

No. Group members can join the eight week course from anywhere in the world. However, individual therapy by an OveraLaaTeh Therapist is currently available only to group members who reside in California.
